Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be enrolled (via email) onto our flexible e-learning platform which means you can you can complete each module at your own pace, whenever and wherever works best for you. This innovative approach makes learning life-saving skills easier, with bite-sized subjects, informative videos, and interactive quizzes to keep things both fun and effective.
The course then continues with a 1-day in-person practical training day, where our experienced instructors will guide you through hands-on assessments and practical demonstrations to help you apply the skills you’ve learned in real-life scenarios.

I recently completed a first aid course at work, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. I have attended many first aid courses during my career - 3 day and 1 day. Without doubt Jo's course was the best in terms of really getting the message across of what to do in the event of heart attack, cardiac arrest or accident. Her friendly but efficient delivery was first class and I feel much more confident now that, if I am faced with any of the above, I would be able to put into practice what I learnt. Thank you Jo!
