Jo was great! Theres nothing worse than having a whole day of training and it being like a lecture. This was far from that, Jo kept things fun & interesting, always gaining our focuses and having us involved! This is my 2nd First Aid Training (2 different companies) & when my next is due, ill definitely be back here. Thank you Jo!

I recently completed a first aid course at work, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Jo was clear, knowledgeable, and approachable, breaking down potentially overwhelming information into practical steps that felt easy to understand. What I appreciated most was the balance between theory and hands-on practice. We weren’t just told what to do in an emergency—we practiced CPR, wound care, and recovery positions. I highly recommend it to anyone—whether for workplace requirements, parenting, or simply wanting to be prepared.

I have attended many first aid courses during my career - 3 day and 1 day. Without doubt Jo's course was the best in terms of really getting the message across of what to do in the event of heart attack, cardiac arrest or accident. Her friendly but efficient delivery was first class and I feel much more confident now that, if I am faced with any of the above, I would be able to put into practice what I learnt. Thank you Jo!
