This course is specifically designed for Dental Practices and is fully compliant with the General Dental Council’s (GDC) requirements for verifiable CPD training.
Participants will acquire the essential skills and knowledge to deliver prompt, safe, and effective Emergency First Aid in a dental practice setting.

Defibrillator training (safe use of an AED)
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) with BVM & Oxygen Therapy
Responsive casualty including recovery position
Choking
Asthma
Anaphylaxis
Hypoglycaemia
Fainting/Syncope
Review of recommended minimum Medical Emergency drugs

Dental hygienists
Dental support staff
This course fulfills the GDC requirements for annual Basic Life Support training and provides verifiable CPD hours. Participants will receive a certificate valid for one year upon successful completion.
